Our experience working with Ken Walters was absolutely brilliant!
The biggest concern we had initially was the +2000 mile difference between Atlanta, Georgia and Bozeman, Montana. In addition to that, working in various cities around the world with as much as a 12 hour time differerence. However, Ken easily bridged the gap with solid communication, including weekly photo updates. Because we were so well informed, we were easily able to schedule periodic visits as necessary.
Ken is by far the most collaborative builder we have ever worked with. He quickly understood our taste/style and made recommendations accordingly. He was very flexible in customizing every aspect of our home in order to accommodate our lifestyle. His situational knowledge of the local market and contractors ensured that the end result was a superior quality product. Our home was completed on time and within budget with all warranties spot on, thus ensuring a very minimal punch list. The house and windows were spotless and ready for move in at closing.
Ken’s strong family values were readily reflected in his offer to monitor our home for us for a period of time until we moved to Bozeman full time. He was the local contact for security issues, etc. – which went way above and beyond our expectations. Needless to say, we would recommend Ken Walters to any/all prospective clients!
